Time is being spent on subjects that lack importance as we accelerate further into the fourth industrial revolution. Who knows where we will be in our economy five years from now, the future of the workforce is unexpected. The future of our society must be equipped with usable skills to succeed. We find skills we believe will be necessary for our future and curate courses or videos best suited for our audience. We hope to inspire students to continue to learn and grow with their urge to learn. 

Right now, NO ONE knows PRECISELY where the future of both the workforce and education is headed. Will college still be a thing? If it is, what are they going to be looking for? What we do know, is that skills are on the rise to take over in both the workforce and in education. Many top employers and universities are now looking for what certain skills a person has. We are in the age where freelancers can earn six figures a year! Let’s use that to our advantage!

Before starting this project, we took inspiration from  NorthEastern University’s list of pathways and many articles regarding skills being a necessity for the future from the World Economic Forum.
